3 Steps To Transform Your Health

Dr  Rupa Shah held a Talk-Demo at Bhartiya  Stree Seva  Sangh, Mumbai on 29 March 2019. She spoke to a packed hall about a 3-step programme to transform one’s health with a dairy-free lifestyle in 30 days.  This will be followed by recipe demo by Raw-Food Expert Meena Shah.  Her vast experience and indepth knowledge of simple techniques to perk up recipes impressed the audience. The audience, who were primarily a vegetarian, but dairy consuming audience were astonished that the dairy alternatives presented at the workshop were dairy free.

Dairy-Free Recipes In Workshop:

  • Nut milks, Coconut and Almond
  • Raita
  • Fruit Salad
  • Basoondi
  • Kheer
  • Brownie
  • Shrikhand

At the end of the demo, the audience enjoyed finger-licking spread of foods prepared Meena Shah. Her demo included select recipes from the book ‘Dairy Alternatives’ authored by Dr Rupa Shah.
